I'm excited to report a couple of my latest collaboration efforts:
My series of reviews published on this blog about the Literary Translation presentations that took place during the American Translators Association (ATA) 52nd Annual Conference in Boston last October got picked up by "Source," the online publication of ATA's Literary Division. I'm happy to have participated in the Winter 2012 issue and look forward to contributing with more articles about the world of books in translation.
Also, the article I wrote about bad practices in the translation industry for the No Peanuts! blog is now available on their website, as well as on the dedicated microsite Working for Peanuts? that has a complementing slide presentation with narration.
Translating is not enough. You gotta educate people about what you do too!
